Does Gloow message clients from my own number?
Yes. Gloow connects to your WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger and email through one-click OAuth, so clients always message your real number and inbox. We never put a pooled sender between you and your client.
Will clients know they’re talking to AI?
Gloow replies naturally, in your clinic’s tone. With autopilot on, it confirms and books on its own; with autopilot off, it still runs the conversation and holds the slot, then waits for your one-tap approval.
Can it really book without me?
With autopilot on, yes, but only from real openings on your live calendar. Gloow never invents a time, and when something’s outside its remit it hands the conversation straight to you.
What happens out of hours?
Gloow answers the instant a message lands, 2pm or 2am, and holds slots overnight. Each morning you get a tidy “confirm or cancel” banner on the calendar, so no overnight enquiry ever dies.
How do deposits work?
Gloow agrees the slot, holds it, and sends a secure Stripe payment link in the chat. The client pays by Apple Pay, Google Pay, card or Link; the booking confirms the moment the deposit lands, directly in your own Stripe account.
